“If I had to vote, I would choose not to vote at all. I know by not voting, I essentially give my vote to the winner, but I wouldn’t feel good about myself if I vote for either Trump or Hillary. You might say I could vote for another candidate, but I like to be realistic. If I vote I want my vote to count and voting away from Hillary and Trump doesn’t do anything. I’ve come to terms that one of them will by President, but I refuse to vote in either of their favor.” – senior Jake Stevens
“The main reason I’m voting for him [Trump] is because I’m a Republican. As a Republican, there’s no way I could bring myself to vote for a Democrat who has been under criminal investigation by the FBI.” – Anonymous senior
“The biggest reason I support Hillary is because votes to another candidate like Johnson or Stein could allow Trump to win. There won’t be enough votes to elect a minor party candidate, so putting your support there is allowing Trump to seem more favorable than Hillary. In a perfect world, I would support Jill Stein because she has plans to help the economy, society, and economy, as well as plans to implement green energy changes.” – senior Teagan Miller
“I am supporting Hillary Clinton. I cannot support a man who treats women as a prize and diminishes everything they do. It is unacceptable to refer to women and talk to women the way he does. A man who can’t filter out his negative opinions is in no way stable enough to maintain out foreign relations. What if he were to say something negative about a foreign leader? What would happen then?” – Anonymous senior
“I support Gary Johnson. While far from perfect, at a minimum, he will not infringe on our freedoms. He will not send tanks and drone on a world already destroyed by war.” – senior Alec McIntosh
“I’d vote for Hillary Clinton. Honestly, John Kasich was my #1 choice, but that would be a lost vote. I support Hillary because her economic plan supports trade. It’s estimated to create a lower deficit than Trump’s economic plan.” – Anonymous junior
“Hillary Clinton is a liar and Donald Trump is an irrational pervert. The only duo meant to lead this country is Mr. Courtemache and Harambe. Courtemache has an endless knowledge of how the government works and understands how email works. Harambe has captured the love and admiration of the country just like the beloved Joe Biden.” – senior Xander LaPlante
“Whoever chose these two dingbats to run for president must be crazy. So for starters, a majority of the voters are voting for the lesser of two evils. I would honestly have to say that Clinton is the lesser of two evils. Yes, she is a liar but so is Trump, along with him having the same mind set as someone/ anyone locked up. Clinton at least knows what she is talking about. Trump is just running to fill his fat head with more publicity. He is not a good example for anyone.” – senior Michaela Smith
“I am a junior, and I support Trump. He may have said some derogative comments about women, but he isn’t the only man to ever speak in that manner. I have personally heard high school boys talk about each other’s mothers in that way. Also, saying he doesn’t respect women is invalid because his campaign manager, who he trusts the whole campaign with, is a women. How could I ever bring myself to vote for a women who is a crook? Being a girl, I don’t want the first female president to be a bad example, and not be what most girls should want to be. It would be embarrassing to have our first female president not be an honest person“- Anonymous junior
