This past Saturday, the class of 2019 held their second annual holiday event in town: the Frosty Fun Holiday Festival. The day consisted of sugar cookie decorating, ornament making and other crafts, face paint, holiday movies and books, and visits with Santa. Many local families turned out for some holiday cheer early this December. Sophomore class representatives eagerly volunteered their time for the event which greatly benefited them and the community.
“I think it’s a good opportunity for families to enjoy a day of fun with their children. Instead of having to find something to do at home, they can come out to have a lot of fun and support the community,” sophomore Abby Palmer said.
