Ending the season with a record 6-11, girl’s varsity volleyball is on their way to playoffs.
Their first game is against Dover, who they lost to by only a few points earlier in the season.
Captain Madison Sanborn is confident that because of this, the entire team will bring their “A” games to win the match.
This match is what they’ve been preparing for since the beginning of the season.
Along with practice, Sanborn stresses the closeness the team shares, which is an integral part of the team’s strategy.
“We try to bond together as much as possible because teamwork, trust, and communication are extremely important in volleyball,” Sanborn said.
The girls are away this week in Dover and will face the Green Wave on Thurs. Oct. 26 at 6 p.m.
