Seniors: Forms to apply for a Civic and Social Expectations “Red Cord” are available in main guidance and house offices, or you can print the paperwork at home from this link.
The cord is a recognition of seniors partaking in outstanding service to the LHS community. Extracurricular and service activities completed during grades 9-12 are applied as points towards earning a red cord to wear on graduation night.
The application provides an overview of the point system as well as the conditions and requirements. Seniors will be required to acquire signatures from advisers verifying their service.
NEW DEADLINE: The deadline to apply for a cord is Tuesday, May 21.
