Wednesday, October 9
- There will be a college fair in the LHS gym from 6:30-8:00 pm. There will be 100 colleges there, and the fair is open to both students and their guardians. If you are interested in checking out colleges, feel free to attend.
Wednesday, October 16
- For freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, this day is dedicated to the PSATs. After the exam is over, students are released from school, provided with bus transportation. After school, all students (including seniors) are strongly encouraged to work on their College & Career Readiness (CCR) Goals.
- October 16 is also Financial Aid Night! Parents/guardians of juniors and seniors are invited to come. The event will be held in the LHS cafeteria from 6:00-7:30 pm.
Wednesday, October 23
- During all D-G period lunches, the Futures Lab (click here) will be holding a Job and College Interview Skills workshop. You can sign up for this event in the Futures Lab, located in the main lobby.
SAT Test Dates
- October 5, 2019 – need to have been signed up by September 6, 2019
- November 12, 2019 – sign up by October 3, 2019
- December 7, 2019 – sign up by November 8, 2019
ACT Test Dates
- October 26, 2019 – need to have been signed up by September 20, 2019
- December 14, 2019 – sign up by November 8, 2019
