The LHS Green Council Club will be hosting a thrift fair on Saturday, February 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the LHS Cafeteria.
All clothes at the fair will be priced at five dollars or under.
LHS Green Council board members set this event up with the hope of reducing clothing waste.
“Our thrift fair is going to be a fun event to promote reuse of available items,” Co-Vice President of Green Council Arianna Soucy said.
According to the post on the Green Council’s Instagram, a part of the profits made will go towards the New Horizons Soup Kitchen.
If you’re interested in purchasing some new clothes and want to contribute to a reduction in clothing waste, stop by the Cafeteria on Saturday, February 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
