A chance for greatness is at stake this weekend, as the Boy’s varsity Hockey team takes on Windham on Saturday, March 9.
The Lancers come into this game off a big 6-1 win against Exeter and have had huge success all season, boasting a 15-3 record. Their top scoring lines with guys like Owen Carey, Matt Boyon and Brett McKinnon have made scoring look easy, and the offense for them might be their biggest advantage going into the championship game.
Windham has been very strong all year as well, with only two losses, and beating Londonderry earlier in the season 0-4.
This game will be a true testament to all the work the boys have put in over the past couple of months, and a win would bless Londonderry with its first hockey state championship.
Go out and support the team at 5p.m. at the SNHU arena on March 9.
