The Town of Londonderry is hosting another day of ‘Beautify Londonderry’.
This next series of ‘Beautify Londonderry’ will be taking place Saturday October 19. from 8:30 until 12:30pm (rain date is October 26).
Beautify Londonderry is an opportunity for members of the community to come together to be able to clean up, that is fully led by the community. The goal is to aim to make public places a better place for people, alongside paying attention to smaller neighborhoods, and being able to improve nature. It is also a great way for the members of the community to engage with each other and create new relationships.
The community event will take place starting outside of Mathew Thornton, and will be traveling all throughout Londonderry.
All ages are welcome, and everyone that participates will receive a “Thank you Apple” from Londonderry’s Mack Apples.
Gloves, vests, bags, and grabbers will be provided by the town. With additional questions, community embers are encourages to reach out to [email protected].
