Students and children of all ages jumped on Tues. to help raise money for the ALC’s “Little Acts of Kindness” program. This program gives students and staff the opportunity to participate in simple generous acts to make people smile, brighten their day and help them out during times of hardship.
English teacher and ALC adviser Mrs. Rich was excited for the fundraiser and the opportunity to spend a night jumping for kindness.
“We hope to do this again next year,” Rich said. “It’s a lot of fun. I took my daughter here for her birthday and the kids just absolutely loved it.”
Seniors at the event enjoyed playing an intense game of dodgeball on the trampolines. In addition to the trampolines set up for games, the park features a foam pit and a large expanse of trampoline squares and walls to bounce off of.
The ALC hopes to see even more students from elementary through high school jump for fun and kindness at next year’s ‘Jump for Kindness’ fundraiser.
