On Jan. 15, there will be a freshman preview night for parents and guardians of incoming 8th graders. The event will be held in the cafeteria from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. for the class of 2029.
The preview will consist of academic opportunities that are set up for high school students and also what 8th graders can expect when making the change to high school. Meeting their students’ House Office Team is something that parents will also experience during the preview.
It is encouraged that questions are asked to ease any worries about the transition to high school. Questions can vary from sports and clubs from everyday schedules.
The freshman preview night is a big opportunity to get a feel of high school life and see what the future holds for incoming 8th graders.
