The first thing you need to do is go to safari and get to the website you want to make into an app.
The final step is to name your "app" and then just hit the "add" in the top right hand corner.
Once you click on the box, the screen above should show up. Click on the box labeled "add to home screen" circled in red.
Once you get to the website, click on the box with the arrow coming out of it.
